The District recently signed a Wastewater Flagship Project agreement with the Water Technology Alliance (WTA), a Danish water utility consortium operating out of the Danish Consulate in Chicago. The drop-off location for used cooking oil recycling has been relocated to outside the District’s Administration Center, 2710 Curtiss Street, on the east side of the building now available at all hours. District customers and residents in the surrounding area are encouraged to recycle their used cooking oil instead of pouring it down the drain or disposing of it in the garbage. Update 03/20/18: A new bill payment dropbox has been installed in Westmont. Please resume using this dropbox for District bill payments. The District’s bill payment dropbox located in Westmont (in the parking lot north of Village Hall and west of the train station) has temporarily been removed due to damage resulting from inclement weather.
