Public Comment Submission Form

This online form offers those who wish to virtually attend or cannot attend the District’s Board of Trustees or the Board of Local Improvements (referred to collectively below as “Board”) meetings to submit a public comment. Comments submitted through this form shall be read aloud at the next Board meeting during the Public Comment segment listed on the Agenda. Comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting in order to be read.

In providing comments, the following rules must be followed:

1. Comments shall be confined to topics or activities which fall within the statutory authority of the Board.
2. The total time provided for all remarks during the Public Comment segment shall not exceed thirty (30) minutes in length, unless extended by special permission of the President of the Board.
3. Speakers are requested to include their name and, if speaking on behalf of a group or entity, state the nature of the group or entity they are representing.
