On Saturday, May 18, the District participated in the annual DuPage County River Sweep with a group from the Downers Grove First United Methodist Church. Volunteers picked up about 12 garbage bags full of debris along St. Joseph Creek south of our wastewater treatment plant. They even removed larger items like boards and pipes.
