Registration Now Available for New Customer Billing Portal
Registration is now open for our new customer billing portal. To register your account, visit https://paysewerbill.dgsd.org/ or click the link below. You can also access the new portal through our website at www.dgsd.org/your-account.
If you are currently enrolled in paperless billing, your last bill will be emailed through the current portal by July 23. If you do not make payment by July 23 on the current portal, you MUST register in the new portal to make payment arrangements. This includes one-time payments and auto payments. You will also need to register for paperless billing at that time to continue that service. After July 23 you will no longer be able to access the current portal and must utilize the new portal to take any action on your current and future bills.
The District will continue to offer our FREE Easy Pay option which is an automatic deduction from your checking account managed and maintained by the Sanitary District directly. You may register for this service through the new portal as well. However, if you are already enrolled in Easy Pay, the billing portal change will not impact that deduction and you do not need to act on this for future payments.
Under the new portal you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) or by ACH payment. There will no longer be the $150 max payment for credit cards.
Fees for these services are as follows:
Credit Card – 3% plus $0.50 per transaction
One-Time ACH – 1% plus $1.75 for first time transaction (bank verification required)
Recurring ACH – 1% plus $0.30 per transaction when using ACH saved payment method
