Registration now open for new customer billing portal

We are excited to announce that our new customer billing portal is now live! Our new platform features a user-friendly portal and more features to view and pay bills online. You will be able to schedule payments, set it and forget it with AutoPay and more. It’s simple, safe, and secure!

With our new platform, you can:

  • Pay your utility bills anytime 24/7 via an easy-to-use online portal
  • AutoPay – save time and avoid late or missed payments
  • Register for FREE ACH auto pay
  • Pay by Text to get text notifications about your bill and pay by text if you’re on the go
  • Pay over the phone using a landline or mobile device using our 24/7 automated Pay by Phone feature
  • View a PDF of your invoice
EasyPay Update – ACH autopay transferred to Invoice Cloud

As part of this transition, the current Easy Pay program offered by the District has been replaced by a new, free ACH payment option available through Invoice Cloud starting June 5, 2025. To continue your automatic ACH payments, customers must register their account on Invoice Cloud and set up the free ACH auto pay on their account through the link below.
