Late fees resume Sept. 15
Late fees/penalties will be applied to all accounts starting September 15. The District waived late fees the past two billing cycles to help our customers transition to the new online billing portal but will resume this procedure starting this month. If you have noticed any issues with your sewer bill not being paid or are enrolled in autopay, please check your account on our online billing portal at https://www.invoicecloud.com/DownersGroveSDIL or contact our office.
