June 16, 2025 Due Date Extension

To allow our customers more time to re-register their online accounts and re-enroll in auto pay on our new billing portal and to give the District time to complete the Easy Pay transfers on the customers behalf and apply all other payments in time, we have extended the June 16 due date to June 19.  Also, there will be no late fees for June as we understand making these changes takes time.

If you were registered on our previous online billing portal through City Insight you must re-register on the new portal that is hosted by Invoice Cloud.  We are not transferring those auto payment accounts so you must re-enroll your auto pay once you are registered.  The District continues to update the Easy Pay enrollment transfers.  Do note that these can be done by the customer by registering on the portal and setting up your auto pay through a checking account deduction (ACH Auto Pay) to continue the free auto payment option.  Automatic payments for any other payment option will result in fees.
