Easy Pay Update – ACH autopay transferred to Invoice Cloud
Starting June 5, 2025, as part of the transition to a new online billing portal, the current Easy Pay program offered by the District will be replaced by a new, free ACH payment option. If you are currently enrolled in the District’s Easy Pay program and want to continue your free automatic ACH payments, customers must authorize the District to securely transfer your account details to Invoice Cloud by completing the online form below. You can also complete and return the paper form that was mailed with our annual newsletter or visit our office.

If you are not currently enrolled, the new billing portal will be available June 5, 2025 where you can register for FREE ACH automatic payments from your checking account.
If you do not transition your bank information to the new payment portal, you will have to pay your bill using an alternative method. Starting June 5, you can pay by cash, check or credit card in our office. You can also use one of our drop boxes, schedule a payment through your checking account or mail your payment to (please allow enough time for delivery through US mail):
