District phone system to be upgraded March 22

District customers please note – the District will be upgrading its phone system the morning of Wednesday, March 22 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 12 p.m. limiting customers’ access to office resources. The District’s manned answering service will be available to answer any calls during this time.
During this outage, District residents should continue to call the District at 630-969-0664 to report emergencies, such as sanitary sewer backups or sanitary manhole overflows. Technicians are available at all hours to respond to these emergencies.
