Please provide us with your information below. If you are not a vendor of the Downers Grove Sanitary District you have reached this page in error. I authorize the Downers Grove Sanitary District to deposit vendor payments into our checking account. This authority is to remain in full force and effect until the District has received written notification of termination of this agreement. The District and its depository bank will need a reasonable amount of lead time in order to affect any changes.
